Culinary & Pastry Chef; Nicole Allen & Karen Tatro are excited to open our Tea Room at the Beautiful Black Swan Inn in Tilton, NH!
Nicole is a classically trained Pastry Chef and was voted top of her class at Southern New Hampshire University. She has worked in several high end catering companies and restaurants in which she has developed a skill set in both savory and sweet food preparations. Nicole is also a certified herbalist which allows her to harvest and blend her own custom tea blends, many of which will be used by Arcana Apothecary Tea Room. Nicole loves to share her creations, both culinary and herbal, with people!
Karen Tatro, a Certified Spirit Medium who has a deep connection with the spirit world. Karen embraces and shares her abilities with people for the purpose of inspiration, wisdom, education, and healing. Tatro’s credentials and abilities in the paranormal field have led her to appear on two national TV shows dealing with paranormal content: Syfy Channel's Ghost Hunters TAPS, and The Biography Channel’s My Ghost Story including an appearance on WMUR Channel 9 news.
Karen’s love of being a public figure includes hosting many Spiritual and Paranormal events for the general public, which allows them to explore these amazing locations and their own intuitive abilities and interests in the paranormal field. She also travels throughout the NH, and Southern MA holding private and public mediumship galleries in private homes for a small gathering of guests along with many event venues in the New England region.
The Black Swan Inn is owned by Trisha & John Basiliere, who have welcomed this great collaboration to offer the public this opportunity for the experience of a traditional tea luncheon experience.
