ARC Fitness Challenge 2023

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing/registering for this event I AGREE to all the TERMS & CONDITIONS below.

• The Fitness Challenge consists of four (4) HIIT Exercises - Burpees, Power Run, Squat Jump & Star Jump (each participant MUST complete all 4).
• Employees are allowed to choose which tower they want to represent. Only four (4) teams from each tower are allowed to participate in this event.
• Each team MUST consist of only two (2) females and two (2) males.
• Each member MUST register for themselves and name their team leader in the registration form.
• Team leader will be the first point of contact.
• Each team will be drawn by the team captain on 3 July (Monday) to determine their match session.
• There will be three (3) sessions. The first session will begin at 3:00pm, the second session will be at 4:00pm and the third session will commence at 5:00pm.
• Your time slot will be shown on the match schedule, according to the team draw.
• The maximum number of pax per day is 96.
• Registered teams must be in the Breakout Area at least fifteen (15) minutes before the challenge begins. Late arrival will be disqualified.
• Please change to your sportswear ONLY during the challenge and you must change back to office wear after the challenge.
• For those who cannot attend at the last minute, please notify the ARC committee via email at least one (1) day before the event date. Failing to do so may result in permanent ban for future events from ARC.
• Any duplicate names found will be removed.
• Those who do not show up for their team will be immediately disqualified.
• Incomplete team will be disqualified to compete for the sports league.
• Health condition must be declared when filling up the form.
• If you have any pre-existing health condition, you will be participating at your own risk.
• Averis Sdn. Bhd. and Averis Recreation Club is not liable for any illness or physical injuries sustained during the challenge.
