Take part in yoga for a good cause at Arboretum Yoga for Gratitude on Friday, Nov. 28 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the at the ()*.
Instructor Kristina Reese will walk students through yoga poses, breath work and meditation to help them feel more grounded and cultivate gratitude.
Participants are encouraged to bring monetary donations, which will go to the .
Free but registration is required. Registration will close Nov. 27 or when capacity is reached.
*Limited parking spots are available in the lot near the Noel Welcome Garden and along South Lincoln Avenue. Additional parking is available in the lot south of the Japan House. Parking is free after 5 p.m. and on weekends.
**Students should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel and are encouraged to dress in layers.

About the instructor
Kristina Reese (E-RYT500, YACEP) is a yogi, meditator, motivator, and creator. She has been teaching yoga for more than a decade. She believes yoga is for everyone and has a passion for meeting people where they are to find their sense of peace, strength, and purpose.
Kristina has worked with individuals of all types from cancer recovery to collegiate athletes, prenatal, pre-teen, working professionals, and beyond.
