Arbor Day with Malden River Works and Malden's Tree Warden

Kate Kennon of Offshoots Landscape Architecture will talk about trees and the importance for climate resiliency at the Malden River Works Waterfront Park. The landscape plan includes planting over 200 trees and native plants in addition to tree preservation. Chris Rosa, Malden's Tree Warden, will talk about the city's initiatives with tree selection and planting. We will plant trees of Bellrock Cemetery's time period.
