December 4-6, 2025 – Scottsdale, AZ

Registration fee: $400; includes lunches and breaks each day.
Registration deadline November 10th. A $50 late fee will be charged for registrations received after November 10th.
Open to all AHA adult members; required for potential judges.
Special group rate for judging teams of 3 or more; an adult AHA member must be registered and attend all sessions with the AHA youth members. $375/person but must register as a group – contact [email protected] for separate group registration form.
Some online courses will be part of the School; these must be completed prior to in-person sessions. Online courses will be available November 1st.
Classroom December 4th & 5th; live judging practice Saturday, December 6th.
