Have you ever thought about what life is like for the endangered species on Earth? In this workshop, suitable for both adults and children 11 and above, we will introduce you to some residents from behind the scenes of the World Museum.
We will learn the stories of natural history objects who are endangered, extinct and who defy our expectations! As part of the workshop you will engage with the living creatures of the aquarium and bug house to use as inspiration to create your own stories!
Please note that these workshops are being run in collaboration with colleagues at the University of Liverpool who will be observing the sessions for evaluation purposes. If you do not wish to be observed, please let us know on the day. More information about the observation can be found HERE.
On the day, we will also have child-friendly versions of the information about the observation. Adult participants may also be asked to partake in a short survey after the workshop, which will help us improve the workshop in the future!
Suitable for ages 11+
Participation is free but sign up is required as numbers are limited.
