We encourage you to turn in a sample that is linked to the field trip that you attended during your next learning period. It helps to ensure that we can continue to provide these opportunities.

Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please let the field trip host know once you complete your registration.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher who planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you.* Families who are no-shows may lose access to future field trips.*

May I pay using my student's planning amount? Yes! You can pay for your student's ticket and one chaperone ticket with your student's planning amount. There are two steps to purchase tickets for field trips with your student's planning amount.

Step 1. Reserve your ticket on Eventbrite. Please select the "Student ticket ordered through Procurify" and or "Chaperone ticket ordered through Procurify" ticket options in Eventbrite. Complete the checkout process on Eventbrite. You will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite once your order is complete. This is the first step in reserving your tickets. Immediately after you receive confirmation from Eventbrite you will move to step 2.

Step 2. Place an order for your tickets in Procurify. Search the name of this field trip in the Procurify catalog and complete your order just like you would for any other order. Your spot on this field trip will not be confirmed until you have placed your order in Procurify. Failure to place an order in Procurify within 3 days will result in being removed from the attendee list and having your funds manually deducted.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All can enjoy but please note the price differences. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Eventbrite. This applies to babies, toddlers, siblings, and adults. Individuals who have not registered will be asked to leave.

What are the check-in procedures? Check-in will be at 8:30 sharp in front of the main entrance. We will be entering at 9:00 A.M. We must enter together so please do not be late. If you arrive after check-in you will not be admitted into the venue.

Is there on-site parking available? $8 Parking. Convenient parking is available in two structures minutes' walk from the Aquarium.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes, families are welcome to bring in their lunch. The staff can hold your lunches for you to be brought out during our lunchtime. Our scheduled lunch is at 12:15, in order to try and minimize wait time for the cafe and tables. They will have tables set for us where they will have our lunches ready or families can purchase from the cafe during this time.

*Heartland does not provide transportation for any of our field trips.
