Inspired by the short film AMA, Aqua Dance Flow offers an innovative and artistic approach to underwater movement. This discipline allows participants to “run, jump, fly, and dance” beneath the surface, providing a sense of true bodily freedom
in a calming aquatic environment.
Accessible to everyone, from beginners to experienced freedivers, Aqua Dance Flow invites all to discover a new way of moving underwater in a playful
and inclusive spirit.
Y-40® The Deep Joy is the perfect place for a freediving workshop thanks to the depth of 42 meters, the temperature of 32-34°C and the exceptional therapeutic qualities of the thermal water.
You can focus on your body and emotional feelings, athletic gestures and equalization in maximum safety.

Requirements: The course is open to beginners to advanced, but it’s recommended above all to 2nd level freedivers and synchronized swimmers.
