Do you want to be outside, having fun, but staying cool?Join us in Aqua Zumba classes beginning at Laurel Run Pool,
3500 Willow Grove Ave, Reading, PA 19605,
starting Thursdays June 19th 7pm and Mondays June 23rd 11am, weather permitting. Classes will run until Labor Day.
Be sure to follow the event, my page @InspireExerciseTogether, and @LaurelRunPool to stay notified of any changes. Aqua Zumba® is all the fun of Zumba® fitness, BUT IN THE POOL! It's not the average Zumba® class though, we use the benefits of aquatic fitness to keep class low impact, increase muscular endurance, cardio stamina, and both flexibility and balance. We have TONS OF FUN of being in the water, splashing all while staying cool!
Aqua Zumba® Classes at Laurel Run Pool are open to members and the public. **The public is not permitted to swim before or after class, unless attending with a member.** All fitness levels ages 12+ are welcome to attend. Guardians MUST be present for those under 18, but do not have to participate in class.
Cost is $10 cash at the door.
Arrive 15 min early to sign waivers (one time only) and acclimate to the pool.
We are in the pool to chest level, and no pool equipment is necessary.
A supportive and secure swimming suit is recommended. Water shoes are optional. Restrooms are accessible to change before and after class.
