About this Event
This is an up-beat medium-impact water exercise designed to improve muscular strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and reduce stress. Come get a refreshing workout while dancing to diverse genres of music including but not limited to Latin, Caribbean, and even old-school music. Aqua Zumba blends the excitement of dance into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and exhilarating beyond belief.

Days and Times for class:
- Sunday from 3 PM to 4PM
- Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
What to Bring:
- Towel
- Water
- Change of Clothes
- Water shoes
Tickets are non refundable. If you are unable to make it, you can use your ticket for another class. No outside guest are allowed. Please Park cars on the street.
