2:45 PM - AGES 12 & UP
The AQUA BAT is credited for elevating players from independent to minor league pros.
This training tool can bring your game to the next level, hitting the ball harder farther than ever before!
Perfect for training to be a Switch Hitting Batter
Proven to increase the exit velocity of a batted ball by using the Aqua-Bat Resistance Training Exercise!
This class takes part in the Swimming Pool here at the Recreation Center.
A bathing suit is required, as the training takes place in the water.
AQUA BAT training uses water resistance as part of the instruction for this program.
