I think at this point everyone knows….I love a themed birthday party and I’ve been sitting on this one for the last few years (and talking about it nonstop.) I’m excited that it’s finally time to share. I wanted to give plenty of time for people to plan…..not only will I be 50 years old (50!!! What? How?) so will Saturday Night Live. Soooooo…..
My 50th birthday party is going to be Saturday Night Live themed! Everyone comes as their favorite SNL character! That’s a lot of years of characters to choose from, friends. I, of course, will be Sally O’Malley.
If you want to share your choice of costume in the comments to try and keep people from repeating yours, you’re welcome to (no promises it wont be copied!) or you can keep it a surprise! It’s up to you.
It will be at Holdfast Brewing (235 N. Kimbrough). This is open to anyone. I don’t even care if I don’t know them. I love birthdays and turning 50 is a big deal to me. I don’t care if I met you one time in 3rd grade. I want to see you. There are many people that don’t have social media that I would love to see, so if you know them, please extend the invite and just know that I would absolutely not mind!
