The Sound Journey is a ceremonial invitation to deepen your relationship with your own inner earth, to allow your unique soul song to emerge and move you, to reunite with parts of you that are desiring to be embraced, to remember the ways of ancient wisdom and to unearth a new way.
Opening Circle and Dance 3:50 - 5:30 pm
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to the ecstatic dance scene, we welcome everyone to come celebrate life and movement. Move in whatever way feels good to you; dancing solo or with others is equally welcome. Ecstatic dance is designed to take you through a journey. The dance aims to create space for one to let go of thought, move how you want, be how you want.
Krista is an intuitive healer, teacher, and consultant who leads you towards becoming your most embodied and empowered self. Krista is passionate about guiding others towards deepening their relationship to their bodies, to each other, to Mother Earth and to Spirit. She has an extensive background in education, shamanic practices, mindfulness and somatic practices, energy, healing and manifestation work, psychic mediumship, divine feminine/masculine/inner child healing and integration, soul work, yoga, bodywork, new earth paradigms, sacred union and higher consciousness.
