About this Event
Join us for this month’s BIPOC Alliance Reading Circle as we dive into Palace Walk by Nobel Prize-winning author Naguib Mahfouz.
We’ll gather on Tuesday, April 29 for an evening of rich conversation, snacks inspired by the book, and meaningful connection with community. This is a space to reflect, share, and explore storytelling through a collective lens.
No registration required — just come as you are.
Bring a snack to share if you’re able!
About the Book:
Palace Walk is the first novel in Mahfouz’s acclaimed Cairo Trilogy. Set in post–World War I Egypt, it explores family, tradition, and personal freedom through the lives of one deeply complex household.
