Date & Start Time: April 27th, 2024 at 1:00 PM. ________________________________________________________________________________Registration: Registration will be available both online and on-site on the day of. Online registration can be found at https://www.thegamecapital.com/events under the "Special Events" section. Online registration will close on the day of the event, where registration will only be available on-site. Registration closes at 12:55 pm (5 minutes before the event starts) at which time we will do a roster check. Players arriving after this time can still register, but they may be entered with a round 1 loss.

Entry Fee: $12.00 + tax (all divisions) Pokémon Organized Play separates players into three age divisions: Junior, players born in 2011 or later. Senior, players born in 2007 – 2010. Masters, players born in 2006 or earlier. ________________________________________________________________________________
What You Need: Player ID number (if you do not have one, we can provide one to you) Current Regulation F legal team, 2 Completed team sheets - 1 for the TO (including your pokemon's stats) and 1 for your opponent (not including stats). Fully functional Nintendo Switch & AC adapter ________________________________________________________________________________
Format: Regulation F, Open Team Sheet. There is no round timer for VGC Series events. The expectation is that all matches are allowed to run their course of up to three games. The number of players participating in the tournament directly affects how many Swiss rounds will be played. There may be a top cut if we have enough players. The Swiss Rounds will be best of One, Top Cut will be Best of Three. In the event that there is not enough players for a top cut and ONLY swiss rounds are played, the Swiss Rounds will instead be best of THREE. ________________________________________________________________________________
Prizing: 100% of the entry fee will go into the prize pool to be paid out in Store Credit. Exact percentages are TBD and we will update this page once we have them!
