He moved to the area in 2008 and started his career as a house flipper before shifting into new construction and land development. His company, Forge Custom Homes, specializes in custom single family homes. In addition to building and development, Greg grew a hard money lending business over the last fifteen years. He lends to fellow investors in southeastern PA, DE, and southern NJ for projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $2,000,000
