Join us for some English Dancing in Berkeley! This is the second of three spring dances for our new series.
The dance will be at the Berkeley Fellowship of Unitarian Universalists, in their Fellowship Hall (1924 Cedar St, Berkeley), from 7-9:30 PM. Come 10 minutes early for a beginners' orientation!

Our musicians and caller are traveling from the East Coast to be on staff of Queer Contra Camp and play several other dances in California. We’re so excited to have them at Improper English!
Entrance cost is $25 or pay what you can. We are setting our suggested donation higher than many other ECDs so we can pay our musicians and caller closer to a fair wage. No dancers will be turned away for lack of funds, and all payment amounts are confidential.
Improper English is a gender-neutral dance; we are requiring masks (surgical or KN95+). We’re under the umbrella of SF Bay Queer Contra Dance, which you can learn about at queercontradance.org. We hope to see you in April! Happy dancing!
