About this Event
In the spirit of Spring, join herbalist, Aris, for April’s Herb of the Month workshop featuring chamomile. Participants will be led through a silent meditation to connect with the physical and spirit properties of this floral ally. We will explore spirit dosing techniques and other useful applications. The event will conclude with materia medica and a sharing circle, offering community and insight into the flower power of chamomile.
Aris, a Mexico City native, graduated from the Blue Otter School of Herbal Medicine as an advanced Clinical Herbalist. Her upbringing in Santa Barbara County fuels her passion for healing justice that centers marginalized and immigrant communities in Southern California. Her private practice is rooted in an anti-oppression framework & serves as a source of great joy & understanding.
