Join us for April Full Moon Circle & take a pause from a fast paced, hyper-individualistic world.This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, cultivate resilience and honour the rhythms & cycles of your inner & outer worlds.
Beginning with an opening ritual to ground and centre ourselves, we come together in a sharing circle, speaking from the heart, listening deeply to one another as we navigate this pivotal time.
Moving into a guided meditation & conscious connected breathwork session to move energy, oxygenate the body, support the nervous system & facilitate healing.
Through movement and sound, we transmute energy with joyful expression in celebration of life.
Circle closes with herbal teas, relaxation & gentle integration.
Full Moon Circle offers a safe space to slow down and reconnect in a world that often drives us toward constant motion.
Space is limited, so come with an open heart and leave feeling renewed, supported and more deeply connected.

Your Facilitator:
Working within the circle of life as a Psychic Medium, Holistic Birth & Death Doula & Mentor, Talitha offers a support system & advocates for those navigating these portals & all the spaces in between.
As a Natural Medium, Talitha has trained both in Australia & internationally at The Arthur Findlay College, England, and is continually furthering her Psychic & Mediumship studies, mentoring with respected Mediums from around the globe.
Talitha is currently undertaking a Diploma of Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy alongside Family Constellations Therapy.
Talitha teaches Psychic & Self Development, The Tarot, running regular group sessions, Workshops, Mentorships & Community Circles.
