Join Ashley at our Growing Local Garden Friday afternoons in April for community yoga! These classes are for all levels, ages, and experiences and is open to everyone!
Donations are greatly appreciated, but never expected. Donations can be made directly to our instructors on site.
Classes in our garden are subject to change in the event of inclement weather.
A little about Ashley:
She completed her yoga certification in New Orleans in 2015 and is currently studying for her 500 certification and an Ayurvedic Nutrition Certification. She's a tour guide, mom, cyclist snoball maker and a plant person, who’s passionate about urban agricultre, growing food and medicine among other things. Ashley is Louisiana native, Cajun lady who’s been in and around New Orleans her whole life.
