PRESENTATION: Transform Mental Chaos into Purpose-Driven Confidence
Struggling to unlock your (business’s) true potential due to imposter syndrome, anxiety, brain fog, or burnout? Deeply ingrained negative beliefs are nearly impossible to shift, but with the NeuroYoga Journaling Method, you can say goodbye to procrastination, negative self-judgment, and analysis paralysis, and learn how to get curious in a way that shifts the state of your brain and body for a purpose-filled day. During this workshop, you will:
- Receive a template and instructions for the NeuroYoga Journaling Method.
- Practice a science-backed breathing technique that shifts you from a depleted, cortisol-fueled state to an energy-renewing state in minutes.
- Learn how to use the Yoga Sutra’s Yamas and Niyamas (or any other psychological, philosophical, or spiritual framework of your choosing) as guiding principles for reflection.
ABOUT OUR HOST
, NAWBO member and owner of NeuroFlow Wellness, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Board-Certified in Neurofeedback, and a Registered Yoga Teacher who works with anyone who wants to feel calm, focused, and energized and not continue to be held back by constant stress, anxiety, irritability, inattention, lack of restful sleep, fatigue or even pain. Her personal journey of trauma and lifelong anxiety inspired her to create Embodied Neurofeedback™ - a unique neuroscience-based method integrating scientifically-proven techniques that address struggles at their root —by shifting brainwave and nervous system patterns that have gotten stuck—so change happens quickly, lasts, and doesn’t rely on Medic*tion.
