Led by a psychotherapist, the talk provides a safe space to address the grief, anxiety, shame, and isolation often experienced during these deeply personal journeys.
Attendees will gain insights into the ways these challenges affect mental health and relationships, along with strategies to foster resilience and self-compassion.
With a focus on breaking the stigma and providing practical tools, this session aims to empower individuals and their loved ones to navigate the complex emotions surrounding infertility and loss while finding hope and healing.
Talk will be led by Mental Health Therapist, Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, and EMDR Certified Therapist Marissa Paquin, LMHC, CCMHC, NCC, PMH-C.
