Join us on the mat and let's explore the transformative power of yin yoga together!Y in yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for longer periods of time, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. This practice targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as the ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than the muscles. Here are some of the benefits of practicing yin yoga: increased flexibility, joint health, stress relief and mindfulness.
