Please join us for our monthly ADHD parent support session! Come along for a cuppa and friendly chat with other parents on a similar journey.We will be meeting in the morning on Wednesday April 30th from 9:30am to 11am. This month we have a special guest join us Dr Rachelle Pretorius, Researcher Nutrition in Early Life. Rachelle will be sharing some information about ADHD diet & food related challenges.
This session is accessible in person at Lakelands Library & Community Centre and online via zoom. Its the same session, just two ways you can attend.
