I have been promising a pastry class and what better time than for Easter!
We will be making our own Almond paste for our Pignoli Nut Cookies. Amaretti Cookies and classic St. Joseph's Pastry. These recipes are a great addition to your pastry recipes. Awesome to make anytime.
