About this Event
Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers prepared by Chef Alicia Shevetone of Dink Cuisine, expertly paired with a trio of wines from Vegas Valley Winery. You will enjoy a private, chef-hosted experience in the winery’s tasting room.
- Tortellini di Bresaola - thinly sliced, aged eye of round stuffed with Gorgonzola and mascarpone
- Shrimp Salad - poached shrimp in a creamy lemon and dill dressing, wrapped in puff pastry
- Chocolate Pot de Crème - thick, rich chocolate pudding topped with whipped cream, mint and sliced strawberries
