Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers prepared by Chef Alicia Shevetone of Dink Cuisine, expertly paired with a trio of wines from Vegas Valley Winery. You will enjoy a private, chef-hosted experience in the winery’s tasting room.

• Waldorf Chicken Salad - diced chicken breast, apple, grapes and walnuts in a light citrus dressing
• Shrimp and Chorizo Vol-au-Vent - creamy shrimp and chorizo, cradled in flaky puff pastry
• Pumpkin Chai Panna Cotta - pumpkin-infused "cooked cream," spiced with Distilled Chai, garnished with stroopwafel
