Apprenticeship & Workforce Partnerships: Briefing & Networking Power Hour
During RE+ Northeast in Boston on the afternoon of Feb. 12, 2025, Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC), and Apprenticeships in Clean Energy (ACE) Network, invite solar and clean energy companies to gather at our upcoming free event. Attend our Apprenticeship & Workforce Partnerships: Briefing & Networking Power Hour to learn about industry apprenticeship trends and connect with organizations that can support companies in meeting the Inflation Reduction Act's Registered Apprenticeship requirements and other workforce needs.
Registered Apprenticeship programs are rapidly becoming a crucial tool for supporting a more robust, diverse, and rapidly expanding solar and clean energy workforce. All types of solar and clean energy companies and organizations are welcome to attend this free event to explore the registered apprenticeship space and meet with potential workforce partners.
The event includes two segments. Participants are encouraged to attend both segments of this event, or either segment separately based on their schedules and interests.
- The first segment is an Industry Briefing on Solar & Clean Energy Apprenticeship Options and Trends at 2:30 – 3:15 pm presented by Apprenticeships in Clean Energy (ACE) Network. This segment will include audience Q&A.
- The second segment is a Networking Power Hour from 3:30 – 5:00 pm to facilitate connections with apprenticeship and workforce organizations that can support companies in joining a registered apprenticeship program, launching an employer-sponsored apprenticeship program, or expanding the candidate pool for apprenticeship programs and other career opportunities.
At the Networking Power Hour, each of the partner organizations below will have a designated table. Attendees may choose which organizations they would like to speak with.

This Apprenticeship & Workforce Partnerships: Briefing & Networking Power Hour event is free for all attendees. Holding a pass to RE+ Northeast is not required to attend. However, attendees are encouraged to consider purchasing a pass to RE+ Northeast in order to take full advantage of opportunities to make connections. There will be no virtual component of this event.
About RE+ Northeast:
RE+ Northeast will take place on Feb. 12 - 13, 2025 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. RE+ Northeast will attract 4,000+ attendees from companies working throughout the region (MA, NY, NJ, VT, CT, RI, NH, and ME.). The show floor/exhibit hall will feature 200+ exhibitors with a range of companies offering products and services in the industry.
