Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Apprentice School Jaycees! This milestone gala promises to be a night of elegance, joy, and nostalgia as we honor the incredible impact made by our Jaycees over the past two decades.
Event Highlights:
- Cocktail Hour: Start the evening with a delightful cocktail hour from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, featuring a selection of hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
- Four-Course Dinner: At 7:30 PM, enjoy a sumptuous four-course meal with a variety of delectable options:
- Blackened Salmon: Served with a fresh tomato, cucumber, and corn salsa.
- Chicken Lafayette: Roasted breast of chicken stuffed with lump crabmeat and spinach, drizzled with a rich beurre blanc sauce. (Limited availability.)
- California Stuffed Chicken Breast: Filled with pepper jack cheese and spinach, wrapped in phyllo pastry, and topped with a sherry cream sauce.
- Pasta Primavera: Linguini with a selection of spring-style vegetables, offered with your choice of marinara or cream sauce.
- Entertainment: Enjoy great music and the company of fellow Jaycees as we create lasting memories together.
