? Massimo Ingegno - CEO of Make It Lab
Massimo is a lecturer in Design Management and Behavioural Science at Thammasat Design School and the Director of Thammasat Design Center (TDC), Thailand’s leading design training centre. In addition to his work as an educator, Massimo helps organisations leverage behavioural design and gamification to engage their customers and workforce.
To make behavioural science and gamification more accessible, he has condensed decades of behavioural science research into the Make it toolkit, an actionable toolkit to design with the mind in mind at every step of design process
? David McCann - COO of Make It Lab
David runs BCX Design, a behavioural design practice that applies behavioural science to product design, marketing campaigns, and digital transformations. He specializes in the financial services industry has run courses at Chulalongkorn and Thammasat Design School and is a regular speaker at innovation events, including the Mint Digital Innovation Summit (Bangalore, 2019), The Global UX Services Jam (2019) and was a mentor with the Microsoft 2017 Accelerator in India. Alongside Massimo, he is a co-founder of Make it Lab. David is originally from Canada where he spent 15 years working in the financial services sector
