About this Event

WORKSHOP DATE: SATURDAY 2-4pm

Make the curvy and complicated shapes in fabric that patchwork is just too dang straight for. Learn multiple techniques for assembling applique by machine by creating your own freeform design.

All experience levels welcome; fabric, notions, and shared machines provided. This is a good workshop to bring your own machine if you would like to learn more about decorative and zig zag stitches to practice at home.

The studio is located in a second-story walk-up, with no elevator. We have a cozy tea setup and you're welcome to bring your own snacks. Also you can take off your shoes and bring slippers if you are so inclined! Masking is requested and KN95 masks are provided. Please arrive on time or a little early so we can make the most of the afternoon.
