Are you ready?? This year's neighborhood ("block") party is scheduled for SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20th! As in past year's, this event isn't possible without donations from supportive AVSN residents, like you, and much appreciated business sponsorships.We have set our fundraising goal to $2,000 in hopes of bringing back all the fan-favorites, including a musical guest, the crowd pleasing mini trackless train, West Metro's fire engine, bounce houses, and a family-friendly featured film after dark! 2025 NEW PARTY FEATURES include face painting and CSU's Sci-on-the-Fly mobile virtual reality science laboratory!
For sponsorship, donate at least $100 dollars to the party and reach out to us directly with your business information and logo. As a thank you, we'll include your logo on the party filer which will be published to our Facebook and Instagram accounts and directly mailed to all of our residents. If you would like to feature a booth on event day, please contact Chelsea Villalba at 720.584.7506. Suggested contributions for residents are $15 for couples and $25 for families.
