Appledore Carnival is on the 11th of August, hosted by Appledore Pirates with an after party, this year with BBQ at The Seagate. Our prize raffle draw will be drawn then and there are some incredible prizes already. If you would like to donate please contact The Pirates Page here on FB.All proceeds from the Carnival go back to the Community in the form of grants, our amazing fireworks night, pensioners Christmas party, as well as supporting local volunteer services and our local school.
Anyone can enter the Carnival. The registration is at Staddon Road at 3pm, Judging at 3.30pm and the Carnival sets off through the village at 4pm. The categories are as follows:
Walking Juniors - Under6, 6-16
Walking Seniors
Family
Business/Pub/Restaurant
Performing Arts
Senior Float
Junior Float
