Celebrating the annual harvest at Waterperry Gardens, Apple Weekend has been a much-loved family day out for many years. The five acres of historic orchards at Waterperry Gardens grow over fifty different varieties of apple, many heritage, a large selection of which will be available to buy on the day along with a wide variety of our delicious juices - all to be taken home to enjoy!
Advice and information on growing, planting, apple identification and selecting trees and rootstock will be freely available on the day. With a large variety of Waterperry grown trees available you could even start your own Waterperry mini orchard at home!
Buy goodies at the craft and food fair, take a tour of the orchards & fruit sheds including a behind-the-scenes visit to see our apple press in action (tours £4 per adult or free with garden entrance and for season ticket holders).
Not forgetting the Tea Shop will be offering a fruity menu all weekend so be sure to visit whilst you’re here!
