Join me for the perfect fall baking class: Authentic Austrian Apfelstrudel. We will all make our dough and work on the delicious filling. I'll show you and give you all my tips and tricks how to stretch the dough, add the filling, and roll up the Strudel.
Then it's your turn! You will make your own ready-to-bake Strudel to bring home.
We will have time to chat and answer your questions. And of course we will taste a freshly baked Strudel at the end of the class.
Please bring your own baking sheet to take home your Strudel, and an apron if you'd like to use one.
