Start training for the 2nd annual B-Fit CrossFit Apple Blossom 5K benefitting Sisters of Solace. Register to run or walk a traditional 5K, a tandem run with a friend or burden runs with teams of four. Beginning at the Aquatic Park parking lot, headed up Noyes to Frederick and then taking the Apple Blossom Parade route to finish down, runners will be cheered on by spectators lining the streets for the parade.
