C’EST QUOI LE DEAL AVEC LES RÈGLES?
-Produire un film Horreur et/ou Trash, 100 % québécois
-Ayant pour thème DRÔLE DE HOBBIE!
-Avoir un élément drôle, plus particulièrement un hobbie drôle et inattendu
-Un minimum de 1 mort
-Un moment awkward / malaisant
-Un personne punk (si la personne à l'air "fake", c'est encore mieux!)
-D’une DURÉE de 1 à 5 minutes (générique inclus)
-BUDGET MAXIMAL de 200 $
-La participation est GRATUITE et vous donne une ENTRÉE GRATUITE pour la projection.
Deadlines :
-Date livrable finale : 15 avril
-Date de projection : 24 mai
PRIX :
-200 $ en argent pour le gagnant
-Votre film sur Cabaneasang.tv après la période de festival
-Pour tous les participants : la possibilité d’être distribué dans d’autres festivals comme certains des films du Party Pooper Spectacular et de KEEP IT WEIRD qui ont été sélectionnés à Fantasia, Court Mais Trash, Perth Horror Festival et plus encore!
-Pour tous les participants : la possibilité de voir leurs films présentés à d’autres projections hors festival.
- Le prix du public est déterminé par bulletin de vote. Pour de meilleures chances de gagner, n’hésitez pas à inviter votre crew afin de pouvoir bien influencer le vote en votre faveur.
Médias Livrables :
-Tous les films doivent avoir le logo de Cabane à Sang au DÉBUT*
-Tous les films doivent avoir le logo du PARTY POOPER dans les crédits À LA FIN*
-Le film doit être livré en H264
-Un très court synopsis
-Un still frame ou un poster du film
-Une photo et une courte bio pour tout réals participant pour la première fois.
RÈGLEMENTS (pas le choix!) :
-Pas de racisme, sexisme, homophobie, etc. On est en 2025… Don’t be an asshole!
-Langues acceptées : français ou anglais (ou sous-titré dans une de ces langues)
-Ne pas dépasser le budget maximal de 200 $ (pour que le prix en vaille la peine!)
-Les films seront présentés à l’édition 2025 de Cabane à Sang;
-En soumettant le film, vous donnez les droits d’usage non-exclusifs à Cabane à Sang pour celui-ci (incluant des projections ultérieures, la création d’un best of, d’une anthologie, etc.).
*Les fichiers pour les logos images et vidéos vous seront envoyés.

THIS YEAR'S THEME: FUNNY HOBBY!
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE RULES?
-Produce a Horror and/or Trash film, 100% Quebecois
-With the theme FUNNY HOBBY!
-Have a funny element, especially a funny and unexpected hobby
-A minimum of 1 death
-An awkward / uncomfortable moment
-A punk person (if the person looks "fake", it's even better!)
-Of a DURATION of 1 to 5 minutes (credits included)
-MAXIMUM BUDGET of $200
-Participation is FREE and gives you a FREE ENTRY to the screening.
Deadlines:
-Final Delivery Date: April 15th
-Screening Date: May 24th
PRIZE:
-$200 cash for the winner
-Your film on Cabaneasang.tv after the festival period
-For all participants: the possibility of being distributed in other festivals like some of the films from Party Pooper Spectacular and KEEP IT WEIRD that were selected at Fantasia, Court Mais Trash, Perth Horror Festival and more!
-For all participants: the possibility of having their films presented at other screenings outside of the festival.
- The Audience Award is determined by ballot. For a better chance of winning, do not hesitate to invite your crew so that you can influence the vote in your favor.
Deliverable Media:
-All films must have the Cabane à Sang logo at the BEGINNING*
-All films must have the PARTY POOPER logo in the credits AT THE END*
-The film must be delivered in H264
-A very short synopsis
-A still frame or a poster of the film
-A photo and a short bio for all directors participating for the first time.
RULES (no choice!):

-Accepted languages: French or English (or subtitled in one of these languages)
-Do not exceed the maximum budget of $200 (to make the price worth it!)
-The films will be presented at the 2025 edition of Cabane à Sang;
-By submitting the film, you give Cabane à Sang non-exclusive usage rights for it (including future screenings, the creation of a best of, an anthology, etc.).
*The files for the logos, images and videos will be sent to you.
