As a tradition, Appalachian Folk Magic is as wide and varying as the mountain landscape it comes from. In this class, we will explore the diverse groups that have contributed to the tradition, how it has been influenced by the unique landscape and plant life of the area, the folkways and magical beliefs of the people, and my personal upbringing and experiences in the mountains of Northern Alabama.
Parking: Available in the gravel lot/grass on the property, or on the street.
