About this Event
In this Apostille Training Workshop, we will briefly cover:
- Origin and Scope of the Hague Apostille
- Process of Issuance of an Apostille Certificate
- Acceptance of an Apostille by the Receiving Entity
- A Couple of Real Life Scenarios on the Request Process
- A Sneak Peak into Electronic Apostille (e-APP)
- Additional questions and concerns, and also share resources.
Even though this is an introductory training, we should at the end of this workshop, be able to have a clear understanding on what apostille is, how to assist with the request process when we as facilitators receive a call to assist with one. It is crucial and very important to really understand what our role is as a facilitator assisting with the apostille request process. More than often, it does happen that clients are mislead and left to believe that we as facilitators are the one issuing the apostille certificate, which is absolutely not the case.
If you are a notary public, an insurance agent, or an immigration forms service provider looking to expand your services by adding apostille services well, you are in the right place. Look no further and grab your ticket right now.
This is will be a very informative (both virtual and an in-person) workshop, so please feel free to grab your ticket at www.apostille.training and we look forward to seeing you.
Disclaimer: The ideas shared during this workshop are informational purposes only and may neither be substituted to nor complement any of the Secretaries of States' requirements when it comes to apostille and/or authentication certificates issuance. None of the opinions may be construed as legal advice or replace the Hague Conference on Private International Law dispositions for apostille. Please consult with an attorney for legal advice and your administrative authority for formal and official answers to your questions.
