Orange Audubon Society is working on creating a nature center and habitat restoration at the Apopka Birding Park, which is the old nursery site to the right of the entrance to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. The property is owned by the City of Apopka and leased by Orange Audubon. We plan our eighth workday on Saturday, January 24th, 9am to 12pm. Note that it is a week earlier than our usual last Saturday date, due to some schedule conflicts.Please join us! Bring good gloves, and if you have them, shovels, and hand pruners.
