COVID-19 Protocol + Masking Policy
The health and safety of our ApollyCon guests + staff is our top priority.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic (and subsequent variants), we will be regularly monitoring CDC + WHO guidance for our event. If needed, we will be requiring attendees to wear masks within all event spaces during the entire duration of our programming/events (including registration) in an effort to prevent the spread of the virus.
If a masking policy is in place for our event, we will communicate this via email, our website, social media pages, as well as with posted signage onsite. Additionally, we will refuse entry/access to any person(s) ages 2 and up not wearing a mask/face covering entering and/or within the event spaces should this policy be in place. Note: Masks/face coverings should cover the wearer’s nose and mouth.

3PM-6PM: TITAN SIGNING - Open to Titan Pass Holders Only
7:00-8:00PM: SPARKLER EVENT FOR 1001 DARK NIGHTS FT 1001 DN AUTHORS - Open to Titan + Apollyon Only
SATURDAY EVENTS:
9AM-12PM: GENERAL SIGNING SESSION
SESSION ONE
*2 HOUR BREAK 12PM-2PM*
2-5PM: GENERAL SIGNING SESSION TWO
8:30PM-10PM: AFTER PARTY - THEME: Pajama Party
SUNDAY EVENT:
10AM-2PM: BLOOD & ASH EVENT With JLA + BLUE BOX PRESS
*Special tickets required to attend (not included with main ticket tiers:
- 9:30AM - Brunch ticket holders enter and select seats at banquet tables. *Open seating; first come, first served.
- 10AM-11:30AM - Buffet-style brunch meal served.
- 11:30AM - “Q&A Only” ticket holders enter to be seated in theater-style seats. *Open seating; first come, first served.
- 12:00-2PM - JLA Q&A
*Swag bags will be distributed to brunch ticket holders at the conclusion of the event as they exit.
