Session 2: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
NO DAY OF WEIGH-INS
Eligibility: Open to all APO members.
Lifters must have current membership at weigh-ins. There will be no purchasing
memberships at weigh-ins.
Entry Fee: The entry fee is $90 for one division and $30 for each additional event / division entered.
NO REFUNDS.
Deadline: The entry deadline is April 12, 2024. Late entries will be charged an additional $20 late fee.
NO DAY OF MEET ENTRIES
Uniform: Mandatory - Must have one piece lifting suit or wrestling suit.

Lifting Session: Saturday May 11, 2024 @ 9:00am
Awards: 1 st -3 rd place all divisions,
Best Lifter for categories with 5 or more competitors.
