About this Event
Apnapan brings a monthly Reiki Group Healing Circle by reiki master Dharma.
This Japanese practice was founded by Mikao Usui. Reiki is an alternative therapy for both physical and emotional wellness.
The group meets on the second Friday of each month from 4pm to 5pm at Belgrave Neighbourhood Centre in Leicester. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water with you. The practice will be seated on chairs.
Free to attend, however a suggested voluntary contribution of a minimum £1 per person will help cover room hire costs and would be gratefully received.
