APlaceToLand: Somatic Healing & Support Circle is a guided community space for REAL humans.

Here, you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and remember that you don’t have to do this alone.

Each gathering weaves together somatic practice, nervous system education, and emotional expression in a safe, supportive group environment. Together, we explore what’s present and alive—what’s been held inside, and what’s ready to move.

You’ll be invited to share, feel, move, or simply listen. You can participate as much or as little as you like.

However you show up, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and alive.

• A welcoming, trauma-informed space where all parts of you are welcome
• Guided somatic and nervous system practices to help regulate and release
• Optional 1:1 facilitation within the group space for deeper work
• Group sharing, reflection, and integration time
• A supportive community that honors authenticity, humanity, and belonging

• Anyone seeking emotional release, healing, or community connection
• Those curious about somatics, embodiment, and nervous system work
• Therapists, coaches, and healers wanting to receive support themselves
• Anyone feeling disconnected, anxious, heavy, or simply wanting to come home to themselves

• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Water bottle
• Journal (optional)
• An open heart and a willingness to be human

• This gathering is donation-based (suggested $25–$40).
• No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
• Your contributions help sustain these community spaces and allow others to attend.
