About this Event
Aputure presents a FREE three-day lighting & virtual production tech summit you won’t want to miss.
With so much going on, we decided to expand our footprint to Vu Studios. APEX: The Aputure Experience at Vu Studios in Las Vegas, NV takes place at the same time as NAB 2025 from Sunday-Tuesday, April 6-8, just minutes from the Vegas Strip.
At APEX, eventgoers will explore virtual production techniques with industry leaders, demo Aputure fixtures with our lighting experts, and network with our extensive community of creatives. Each day is made up of open demos, multiple talks, and a headlining workshop.
Our annual Super Secret Film Dinner returns on Monday, April 7 (Day 2), and attendees will get an exclusive preview of the latest Aputure innovations for filmmakers and hear from Ted Sim, President of Aputure, directly about the evolution of the Aputure brand.
We’re pleased to be offering FREE transportation between Vu Studios and NAB (LVCC) for guests and attendees who have signed up for APEX. Complimentary shuttle services will be picking up every 30 minutes on the hour at the Silver Lot outside of the North Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Services.
Shuttle service schedule:
- Sunday, April 6th 12pm – 8pm
- Monday, April 7th 12pm – 8:30pm
- Tuesday, April 8th 2pm – 6:30pm
BONUS: We will be providing additional drop-offs to those guests who would like to attend the B&H party at Marquee (Note that drop-offs will be next door at Aria Hotel due to the size of the busses and space at The Cosmopolitan round about.)
