Welcome to Spritz Sundowners…an Italian Aperitivo themed summer party in collaboration with Aperol and Word of Mouth.
Socialise with us for a summer celebration like no other as we welcome you back with live music, glamorous guests, perfectly chilled drinks and delicious food.
Join us at The Chilworth Arms, Chilworth from 1pm on Saturday 14th August for this summer’s Spritz Sundowner. Tickets for our exclusive event are £10 per person, unlocking the door to making long overdue memories with your favourite people in the most stylish summer setting around.
We’re thrilled to announce that Word of Mouth will be supplying the soundtrack for us to party the day away; expect chill out tunes, club classics, gorgeous gardens and the ultimate summer party experience.
Aperol, the ultimate way to spritz up your summer with its unmistakable vibrant orange colour lighting up your toasts, and adding extra joy to the moment. The perfect way to toast being together once more, spark nothing but good vibes with the epitome of Italian sophistication - for those who know how to do things in style.
Please don’t arrive fashionably late, our summer party only happens once a year and this one is much anticipated, we hope to see you there and truly celebrate the summer in STYLE!
TICKETS
Entrance to the event is via ticket only, with general admission at £10 per person for entrance only. We cannot guarantee seating availability and we will be running a limited food menu. Covid restrictions and guidelines in place at the time of event will be strictly adhered to. Guests dining in the restaurant, as well as guests on VIP tables, will not need to purchase a ticket.*
DRESS CODE
Our event is a themed Italian Aperitivo party, so we encourage all our guests to get involved with this via their outfit choice. The dress code is strictly smart casual, with an element of orange and Italian flair. Please dress to impress, work wear and gym wear will not be permitted.
*VIP TABLES
Sit back, relax and enjoy the day from your very own Aperol VIP table; with table service, access to our full food menu, luxurious table settings and of course, a round of Spritz on arrival – this will be the most exclusive way to enjoy the event! Please enquire about pricing and availability via private message. All VIP table bookings will be confirmed by our external Events Manager, we recommend enquiring fast if you’re interested as these table are limited and extremely exclusive! Please note, VIP table guests do not need to purchase an entrance ticket.
EVENT CANCELLATION
Please note, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ever changing UK Government restrictions events are subject to change or cancellation at short notice. In the event of a cancellation, your ticket payment will remain safe and will be refunded in full using the original method of payment. VIP table payments will be transferred to a Gift Card for you to spend with us at an alternative occasion.
