Join Us for the APD Mocktail Competition!

Come showcase your creativity and mixology skills at our in-person event held at the Asbury Park Distilling Co. Whether you're a seasoned bartender or just enjoy crafting delicious non-alcoholic drinks, this competition is for you! Get ready to shake, stir, and impress our panel of judges with your unique mocktail creations. Don't miss this fun opportunity to connect with fellow mocktail enthusiasts and battle for a spot on our February Mocktail Menu.

Event Details:

Date: January 26, 2025
Time: 5pm-7pm
Location: Asbury Park Distilling: 527 Lake ave. Asbury Park, NJ.

Competition Structure:

Participant Registration: Open to individuals and teams of up to three members. Additional team members must sign up with a free ticket.
Preparation Time: Each team will have 45min to formulate and create their signature mocktail on-site. You will submit your mocktail by presenting one fully garnished and named mocktail and several small tasting portions of the mixture to be presented to the judges and audience.
Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on taste, creativity, presentation, and originality of both the mocktail and name of the mocktail. A panel of judges from the distillery and local Asbury bar/restaurants will score each drink.

Audience Participation:
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample the mocktails and vote for a "People's Choice" award, adding an interactive element to the event.

Prizes:
Winner will receive their mocktail to be featured on our February mocktail menu and of course bragging rights. All participants will gain recognition for their efforts.

Teams:
Teams can be up to three members. Only 1 ticket needs to be purchased per team, but other team members must sign up with a free ticket purchase and disclose their participation as a team member.
