FPPI - Fashion Photographers of the Philippines, Incorporated (FPPI) is an informal loose association of fashion photographers in the Philippines and Filipino based abroad. It aims to bridge and uplift the process of development of textile, craft and fashion as a form of art and science.
Established during the Covid-19 pandemic in year 2021, it was formally launched last June 28, 2022 (Tuesday), from 5:00PM to 9:00PM at Jade Ballroom, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Ortigas Center, Quezon City, Philippines.
One of the reasons of its creation is to help fellow photographers survive the onslaught of virus that affected the economic and health conditions of fashion photography.
FPPI - Fashion Photographers of the Philippines, Incorporated (FPPI) founding members are from various photography and videography clubs and individuals, supported by various photographers from URBANPage A Lifestyle Magazine and Quezon City Photo Club (QCPC), its Fashion Consultant is no less than Philippines’ most iconic designer, Nardie Montoya Presa.
FPPI brings talented artisans (designers, tailors, seamstress, dressmakers, textile sellers) together in order to breach the gap between selling sustainable products and empowering the traditional communities who are responsible for bringing these breathtaking creations and designs to life. In addition to our objective is to gradually pave the path to economic independence for the artisans and fashion designers we work with.
By using a fresh combination of colors, patterns, threads, and traditional symbols, our group of talented makers create truly unique items. We are proud to provide them with an outlet for their skills and help them support their families and communities.
We are in the halfway of year 2026! And we thank God for giving us the wisdom, good health and courage for surviving the past hurdles in the last 4 years.
In partnership with Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria Hotel, Holiday Inn and IHG Group of Companies, both in Ortigas Center, Manila, Fashion Forte, URBANPage A Lifestyle Magazine, Quezon City Photo Club (QCPC), Quezon City Traveler, we had successfully completed the Fashion Forte XXV & XXVI (Series 25-26) with a big bang in Philippine Fashion Industry.
