Asake had us singing lyrics out loud we didn’t even understand, and nobody cared. There was a point where you couldn’t escape it, not because anyone forced it, but because the music owned the moment. Every party, every DJ set, every late night had at least one song that flipped the room.
It doesn’t matter which Asake era had you in a chokehold. We’re running all of it back this month at Bassment.
