Dan changed the way we think about pasta shapes with his invention of the viral sensation cascatelli and does the same for pasta sauces in this fun and delicious cookbook, which includes a foreword from bestselling author J. Kenji López-Alt. Dan’s pasta shape invention went viral and was named one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of the Year. Please join us for this fun and informative evening! A Welcome Reception with samples of Dan’s recipes, created by FLCC’s Culinary Arts students, will be included. Dan will begin speaking at 7:15PM. After Dan’s talk, he will be selling and signing his cookbook and his inventive pasta shape!Event Itinerary
